Breakfast & Lunch

Denver Public Schools will offer free meals to Denver kids at 11 locations throughout the city, using a grab-and-go style system, weekdays from Monday, March 16th through Friday, April 3rd. Vegetarian options will be available.

Breakfast will be served from 8-9 a.m.
Lunch will be served from 12-1 p.m.

Mission: Hunger Free Colorado connects people to food resources to meet existing needs and drives policy, systems and social change to end hunger.

Food Resource Hotline  : The statewide Food Resource Hotline is a bilingual toll-free number that connects Coloradans to needed food and nutrition resources. It is a free “one-stop” resource that offers geographically-based referrals to both public and private food assistance programs across the state.

Mobile Assistance Program: Our mobile outreach program connects families to needed food resources, such as food stamps (federally known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), local food pantries, meal sites and other community options that offer access to affordable, healthy food.

COVID Testing Resources

  • For people who are uninsured or undocumented:
    • Undocumented individuals can go to the state lab testing center using any photo ID; it does not have to be government-issued.
    • Anyone who is uninsured and doesn’t have a doctor’s referral will be directed to a nurse or epidemiologist on-site at the state lab testing center to be assessed.
    • If the person does not meet the criteria to be tested they will not be tested.
