Semester 1 Wrapping Up
After a week away, it’s great to be back as we start to wrap up the first semester of school. Students are working hard learning about satellite movement in 6th grade science, working on percentages and proportions in 7th grade math (just in time for holiday sales!), and diving into the Constitution and Bill of Rights from multiple perspectives in 8th grade social studies. In their wellness squads, they recently elected student council representatives and today completed the spaghetti tower challenge! Make sure to check-in with them about all of the incredible work they are doing.
As always, check out the upcoming events in the table below, including winter testing and an invitation to continue your support of GALS on Colorado Gives Day next week!
